Service Description

In depth analysis of food intake, blood work, symptoms, blood type, food likes, dislikes, allergies, medications and vitamins/supplements. You'll both go home with a game plan that includes foods/drinks/supplements to start incorporating, a list of foods and ingredients to avoid, and educational materials so you know why you're doing what you're doing. Please go to "Intake Forms" tab - print them out, fill them out and bring them with you to our appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me more than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment to avoid paying the cancellation fee.
