We've all HEARD of the different blood types: A, B, AB and O, but most people don't really know what makes them different, or how our blood type affects us. The short answer is it affects a lot. How much cortisol we produce under stress, what kind of exercise is best for us, what kinds of foods we typically handle better and keep us in balance.
